Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Operations Associate to maintain store inventory and stock areas in line with company standards. You will support receiving, inventory control, and expense management while safeguarding company assets.

In this role you will handle merchandise operations, keep accurate records, and use inventory systems to ensure efficient stock flow. You should be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail stock, shipping, or receiving experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to read, count, and write accurately and use inventory systems and related equipment.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment and work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move or handle boxes and fixtures, including heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Handle merchandise and receiving operations appropriately.
• Maintain organized inventory records and stock areas, and order supplies as needed.
• Follow inventory control and housekeeping procedures to minimize stock loss and safeguard assets.
• Control expenses and process information and merchandise using inventory systems.
