Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Operations Support Associate to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a retail environment. The role focuses on inventory management, stockroom organization, customer service, and sales floor standards.

Responsibilities include processing deliveries, replenishment, assisting customers, and maintaining store presentation. A flexible schedule including weekends is required to support high-volume operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in back-of-house or similar high-volume environment preferred.
• Effective communication with customers and team members.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts.
• Ability to lift or climb as needed and move throughout store and stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries, merchandise, RFID scans, transfers, and replenishment activities.
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory, and support stock checks and merchandise delivery.
• Assist customers, support sales transactions, and maintain clean, welcoming sales and fitting room areas.
• Participate in visual merchandising and uphold store presentation standards.
