Brobston Group is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate to support store operations through merchandise handling, inventory control, and order fulfillment. This in-store role contributes to maintaining merchandise standards and enhancing the customer experience.

The position involves receiving and organizing merchandise, packing and shipping orders, updating prices, and maintaining a well-organized stockroom to support events and in-store activations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Flexibility to manage competing tasks and a collaborative mindset.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Some roles require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting or carrying up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive, transfer, process, and organize merchandise and freight.
• Pack and ship online and in-store customer orders.
• Complete merchandise placement, price changes, reticketing, and inventory control tasks.
• Maintain stockroom organization and support sale events, signage, and in-store activations.
• Follow safety procedures in the dock and other work areas.
