Job summary

The Brobston Group is seeking an Operations Store Associate to help manage day-to-day store operations. The role covers inventory processing, stockroom organization, and sales floor support, with occasional customer assistance as business needs require.

Responsibilities include processing deliveries, conducting inventory scans, stocking shelves, and collaborating with team members to maintain store standards and smooth operations across front- and back-of-house areas.

Qualifications

• Back-of-house or similar experience in a high-volume or complex environment.
• Effective communication and ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Physical ability to lift or climb and move throughout store areas.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries, merchandise, tags, transfers, and replenishment activities per guidelines.
• Conduct inventory scans and maintain stockroom organization; support inventory accuracy on sales floor.
• Assist sales floor team with stock checks, merchandise delivery, and customer service as needed.
• Support transactions, store recovery, fitting room cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with team members and adapt to front- and back-of-house needs.
