Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Merchandising Operations Associate to support efficient merchandise flow and presentation in the store, ensuring a well-organized selling floor and back-of-house while contributing to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities include receiving, processing, transferring and replenishing merchandise; maintaining selling-floor presentation, markdowns and signage; keeping back-of-house areas clean and organized; responding to customer questions; and completing

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with warehouse duties in a retail, customer service, or sales environment.
Knowledge of the fashion industry and familiarity with inventory systems and retail equipment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Receive, process, transfer, and replenish merchandise promptly.
Maintain selling-floor and fitting-room presentation, including markdowns, signage, and go-backs.
Keep back-of-house areas clean and organized and follow asset protection procedures.
Respond to customer questions and assist on the sales floor as needed.
Complete tasks and special projects assigned by store leadership.
