Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Operations Support Associate to help manage daily retail store operations, including inventory processing, stockroom organization, and replenishment on the sales floor. The role also assists customers and sales associates, supports store standards, and adapts to changing business needs.

Responsibilities include processing deliveries, maintaining inventory, assisting customers, and upholding visual merchandising and presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in back-of-house or similar high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to lift or climb as needed and move through the store.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries, merchandise, RFID inventory scans, transfers, and replenishment activities.
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory, and support stock checks and merchandise delivery.
• Assist customers, process transactions, and help maintain welcoming sales floors and fitting rooms.
• Participate in visual merchandising and uphold store presentation standards.
• Collaborate with the store team and support front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
