Brobston Group is seeking an Operations Support Associate to help keep store operations running smoothly. The role covers inventory processing, stockroom organization, sales floor support, and customer service, with potential involvement in sales transactions and visual merchandising.

The position requires teamwork, strong communication, physical capability to lift and move merchandise, and flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and some overnight shifts as business needs require.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process freight, deliveries, tags, RFID, replenishment, and transfers.
• Maintain organized stockroom and floor inventory and support stock checks.
• Assist customers, process sales and returns, keep fitting rooms and sales floor clean.
• Support visual merchandising and uphold store presentation standards.
• Collaborate with team and assist with front- and back-of-house operations.
