Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Operations Support Associate to help keep retail store operations running smoothly, with a focus on inventory and back-of-house tasks. The role also supports customer service and sales-floor needs as business demands.

The candidate will process deliveries, RFID inventory scans, replenishment, transfers, and Ship to Home orders, while maintaining an organized stockroom. Flexibility for days/evenings/weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in back-of-house or similar in a high-volume retail environment.
• Effective communication with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to move throughout the store, lift up to 30 pounds and handle chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries, RFID scans, replenishment, transfers, and Ship to Home orders.
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales-floor inventory; assist stock checks.
• Assist customers, process transactions, and keep sales floors clean and welcoming.
• Support visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
