Job summary

Hydrogen Group in Naperville, IL is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator for a 12-month onsite contract to join the warehouse operations team. You will ensure timely receipt of materials, process shipments, and handle picking, packing and storage in line with established SOPs and GSOPs, contributing to inventory accuracy and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of related warehouse/inventory experience.
• Experience handling inbound/outbound shipments and SOPs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive inventory items (production/non-production).
• Receive and store materials in designated locations.
• Review receiving docs against counts; print labels for disposition.
• Ship controlled and non-controlled materials; perform picking/packing.
• Develop measurements and metrics to monitor inventory receipts.
• Adhere to SOPs/GSOPs and safety guidelines.
• Maintain punctuality and full-shift reliability.
