Job summary

HSG Tech Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Systems & Inventory Coordinator in the Geneva, IL area to support accurate inventory management and ERP data integrity.

You'll work across warehouse operations, finance, and business stakeholders to drive efficiency and customer service through data-driven inventory plans. Responsibilities include maintaining Dynamics 365 transactions, generating key reports, and coordinating with 3PLs as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in supply chain or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics.
• Experience with ERP systems and Dynamics 365 is preferred.
• Strong data accuracy and reporting skills.
• Experience with inventory planning and warehouse reporting is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate warehouse transactions within Dynamics 365 and related systems.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory data between system records and counts.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with teams.
• Develop and distribute inventory and warehouse performance reports.
• Analyze historical usage to establish stocking strategies and reorder points.
• Maintain replenishment plans, safety stock, and lead times.
• Monitor slow-moving or aging inventory and recommend actions.
• Collaborate across departments to align inventory planning.
• Support monthly inventory reviews and identify reduction opportunities.
• Serve as primary warehouse systems resource for inventory data and processes.
