Job summary

GDH is seeking a Site Logistics Coordinator to manage deliveries, inventory, and shipments within a data center environment. You will coordinate material flow, maintain organized storage, and support daily DC Ops with attention to safety and efficiency.

The role requires physical activity, on-site work in Cerritos, CA, and full-time hours, Monday through Friday. Experience in logistics and inventory and the ability to lift as needed are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory management.
• Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift and handle materials as required.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries in the data center, ensuring proper securing and storage.
• Expedite shipments and verify materials in warehouses.
• Organize and maintain storage areas for accuracy and accessibility.
• Create physical project pallets as needed for operations.
• Pull, prepare, and coordinate shipment of materials between sites and warehouses.
• Support urgent data center material requests as needed.
• Perform weekly device scans and cycle counts in the inventory system.
• Conduct onsite and warehouse discrepancy investigations to address issues.
• Manage RTS (Return to Stock) processes and post-project unused material RTS.
