Hydrite Chemical Co. in Illinois is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support the Supply Chain and Production teams with purchasing, inter-site distribution orders, and paperwork generation.

You will help ensure on-time, accurate material flow and adherence to Hydrite’s standards of excellence. Key qualifications include a bachelor's degree, 1–3 years in purchasing or material management, APICS certification preferred, and proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP certification preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Purchase bulk and non-bulk supplies for chemical manufacturing.
• Lead inventory management and optimize planning, production, and distribution.
• Generate paperwork to transfer manufacturing orders from ERP to production floor.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound orders with multiple teams to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Drive cost reductions and process improvements.
• Maintain compliance with Hydrite standards and SOPs.
