Job summary

Hydrogen Group is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst focused on forecasting and planning in Venus/Midlothian, TX. This 12-month+ contract role is onsite, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., and pay up to $55/hr (W2).

You will translate project plans into material forecasts and actionable supply strategies to minimize shortages and excess inventory. The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills, experience with Maximo or similar ERP, and a background in demand and supply planning within

Qualifications

• Experience in demand forecasting, materials planning or supply planning.
• Experience in an electric utility or asset-intensive industry is a plus.
• Understanding of how construction and maintenance schedules drive material demand.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain material demand forecasts for construction and maintenance work.
• Translate forecasts into replenishment and supply plans with stocking levels and reorder points.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust planning models as schedules change.
• Identify shortages and excess inventory risks and propose mitigation actions.
