Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator (Level 2/3) in Palmdale, CA. The role involves prioritizing WIP, coordinating with multiple shop teams, and releasing/receiving parts in SAP and MES to meet contractual dates.

You will identify shortages, obtain ECDs, and help establish operation lead times while supporting a safety-conscious, on-site manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• MS 365 proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• License to operate equipment including forklift/reach lift/electric carts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Manufacturing to prioritize WIP to meet schedule dates.
• Release work orders in SAP and MES; receive and issue parts.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and shortages.
• Obtain ECDs from Manufacturing based on critical parts; support lead time calculations.
