Lola Blankets, the creator of the world’s softest luxury faux fur blankets, is seeking an Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to own our end-to-end import program and ensure all shipments are booked, tracked, costed, and received correctly, from the moment a vendor confirms cargo-ready to the moment it’s received at a warehouse. This is a hands-on, high-volume role. You’ll coordinate directly with vendors on shipping schedules, manage freight forwarder partnerships, keep our ERP accurate on cost and timing for every PO, maintain records, and partner with warehouse and operations leadership to keep receiving and inventory tight. Success looks like clean, predictable imports process and a complete, audit-ready paper trail behind every shipment.
