Job summary

Lola Blankets in New York seeks an Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to own the end-to-end import program, ensuring shipments are booked, tracked, costed, and received accurately from vendor confirmation to warehouse receipt.

You will work hands-on with vendors, freight forwarders, and our ERP to keep cost and timing aligned with POs, maintaining audit-ready records and close collaboration with warehouse and operations leaders to keep inventories tight.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating import shipments end-to-end, from vendor confirmation to receipt.
• Ability to manage freight forwarders and coordinate routing and rates.
• Adept at ensuring accurate cost and timing for every PO in ERP.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Lola Planning/Production and vendors on production WIP, cargo ready dates, and freight pickups.
• Serve as the primary contact for vendors on shipping-related questions.
• Book and approve shipping routes and rates with freight forwarders.
• Review invoices against contracted rates and resolve discrepancies.
• Track containers and communicate delays or routing changes.
• Manage forwarder performance and accountability.
