  • Prepare regular inventory forecasts and replenishment plans.

  • Follow up with manufacturers to keep production on schedule.

  • Monitor FBA inventory levels and ensure adequate replenishment.
Domestic Freight
  • Book and coordinate transportation throughout the United States.
  • Manage LTL and FTL shipments.
  • Request, compare, and negotiate freight quotes when appropriate.
  • Schedule pickups and deliveries with warehouses, carriers, and Amazon.
  • Track shipments and resolve transportation problems or delays.
International Freight
  • Manage international LCL and FCL ocean freight shipments.
  • Coordinate with factories, freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and warehouses.
  • Request and compare international freight quotes.
  • Review shipment schedules and shipping documentation.
  • Track shipments from factory pickup through final delivery.
  • Manage delays, port issues, and changes to shipment schedules.
Customs Clearance
  • Coordinate customs clearance with brokers and freight forwarders.
  • Review commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other import documentation.
  • Work with HTS classifications and customs documentation.
  • Coordinate duties, tariffs, and clearance requirements.
  • Resolve customs holds, documentation issues, and clearance delays.
