Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Assistant to ensure the accuracy and integrity of store inventory.

The role covers cycle counts, discrepancy research, and POS analysis, with emphasis on detail, organization, and strong customer service under a fast-paced environment. The position offers both full-time and part-time options, with base pay starting at $15.24 per hour and potential increases based on experience.

Qualifications

• One year of inventory control experience in a big box retail setting or equivalent.
• Demonstrated point of sale analysis and reporting experience.
• Business analysis experience is a plus.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and work well under pressure.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow the daily cycle count and category review calendar.
• Research inventory discrepancies and adjust in the inventory system.
• Audit the BFR daily and other related processes.
• Review shipping/receiving documents for accuracy.
• Notify managers of discrepancies in tagging or SKUing.
• Maintain cycle count paperwork per SOP and archive monthly.
• Support Operations Manager during physical inventories.
