Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to safeguard inventory accuracy within our Fairfield store. You will perform cycle counts, research discrepancies, review receiving documents, and support store operations with timely adjustments.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in retail inventory control, strong customer service, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Full-time and part-time roles available, with standard store hours and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One year of inventory control experience in a big-box retail environment.
• Experience with POS analysis and reporting.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe lifting practices per SOP.
• Follow the daily cycle count and category review calendar.
• Research inventory discrepancies and adjust in the system.
• Review shipping/receiving documents for accuracy.
• Notify managers of tagging or SKU discrepancies.
• Audit various inventory and return processes per SOP.
• Ensure security of the facility and correct movement of merchandise.
• Provide assistance during physical inventory periods.
