Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to ensure accuracy and integrity of store inventory. This role supports cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position requires at least one year of inventory control experience, strong attention to detail, and solid MS Office skills. Both full-time and part-time hours are available, with base pay starting at $15.24 per hour and higher starting pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• One year of inventory control experience in a big-box retail environment or equivalent.
• POS analysis and reporting experience.
• Business analysis experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily cycle count and category review calendar.
• Audit and adjust inventory discrepancies in the system.
• Review shipping/receiving documents for accuracy.
• Audit processes per SOP (BFR, RTV, SRR, Voids).
• Assist Operations Manager during physical inventory periods.
• Maintain cycle count paperwork per SOP.
• Communicate discrepancies to Store Management with proposed solutions.
