Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to ensure accuracy and integrity of store inventory. The role supports cycle counts, category reviews, and daily audits to identify discrepancies and correct the inventory system.

Excellent customer service and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. The position can be offered as full-time or part-time, with emphasis on accuracy, organization, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of inventory control experience in a big box retail environment.
• POS analysis and reporting experience.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Follow cycle count and category review calendars.
• Audit and adjust inventory in the system for discrepancies.
• Review shipping/receiving documents for accuracy.
• Notify management of tagging/SKU discrepancies.
• Run monthly reports to verify correct merchandise movement.
• Assist Operations Manager during physical inventories.
• Ensure security and proper storage of merchandise.
