Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to ensure accurate quantity data and integrity of store inventory. The role requires meticulous attention, experience in cycle counts, and the ability to audit shipping and receiving records.

This full-time/part-time position offers a base pay starting at $15.24 per hour, with higher starting pay based on experience, and opportunities to advance within a busy flooring retailer.

Qualifications

• One year of inventory control experience in a big box retail environment.
• Demonstrated POS analysis and reporting experience.
• Business analysis experience is a plus.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow cycle count and category review calendar; audit inventory movements.
• Research discrepancies and adjust inventory in the system; review shipping/receiving documents.
• Notify managers of tagging or SKU discrepancies; audit various SOPs for accuracy.
• Check at least 10 customer receipts daily; address discrepancies with CEM/Operations Manager.
• Maintain cycle count paperwork per SOP and report findings monthly.
