Job summary

ID Logistics US in Somerset, NJ is seeking a detail-oriented team member for quality systems and procedure control. The role focuses on audit readiness, SOP maintenance, and accurate documentation across the facility.

The candidate will ensure compliance and support safe, efficient operations. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED with two years of related experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Excel/Office tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Two years related experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Audit preparedness.
• Troubleshoots on cases with issues.
• Updates and maintains training matrix for all associates.
• Responsible for maintaining all Records and Written Procedures of Quality Systems for ID Logistics (i.e. SOPs, Monthly Quality Training).
• Ensures SOPs are up-to-date and reviewed as required.
• Ensures documentation and communication are compliant with Quality Requirements.
• Reports/ informs associates of corrective actions that comply to QC.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and compliance for all DC5 accounts.
