Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support HUB operations under the direction of the General Manager. The role emphasizes timely HUB order fulfillment, coordination with servicing stores, and accurate record keeping in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will perform cycle counts, assist with planograms and stock management, and help train team members to ensure safe, compliant operations. Physical duties include lifting and standing as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail and basic merchandising helpful.
• Ability to perform inventory counts and operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pull and ship HUB orders on time.
• Coordinate with servicing store if a HUB order can’t be filled.
• Complete all parts department cycle counts with store management.
• Help stock all parts and complete plan-o-grams with management.
• Complete required training and attend scheduled meetings.
• Train and develop Team Members as directed by the GM.
