Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support HUB operations and collaborate with the General Manager. Responsibilities include pulling and shipping HUB orders, coordinating stock, and participating in cycle counts with the parts team.

The role requires basic math, good communication, and a willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Pull and ship HUB orders on time.
• Coordinate with General Manager to deliver product and maintain inventories.
• Complete all parts department cycle counts including OUTS.
• Stock all parts department parts and callbacks.
• Train and develop Team Members as directed by General Manager.
• Comply with all federal, state and local laws and company policies.
