Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support HUB operations under the General Manager. You will pull and ship HUB orders, assist with cycle counts, participate in plan-o-grams and stocking, and ensure accurate records and safety compliance.

The role requires strong communication, basic math, and ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Prior retail/inventory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail with merchandising and inventory management preferred.
• Ability to operate forklift if certified and applicable.

Responsibilities

• Pull and ship HUB orders on time.
• Coordinate with store management on cycle counts and plan-o-grams.
• Stock parts and complete department callbacks and MAXI changes.
• Train and develop team members as directed by GM.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and inventory.
