Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage HUB operations under the General Manager. You will pull and ship HUB orders, cycle count, stock parts, and implement plan-o-grams with the store team, ensuring accurate records and compliance with policies.

Qualified candidates will have high school education, retail experience, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds in some cases. Forklift certification is a plus, and weekend or night shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Forklift operation skills (if certified) and ability to use hand truck and pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Pull and ship HUB orders on time.
• Call servicing store if HUB order cannot be filled to discuss reordering.
• Perform cycle counts and merchandising for parts department.
• Stock parts and manage plan-o-grams with store management.
• Train and develop team members as directed by the General Manager.
• Coordinate product delivery, inventory, and daily transaction records.
• Comply with laws and company policies.
