Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a TM Receiver to maintain inventory accuracy and support store sales by receiving and shipping freight promptly. You will interact with customers and Team Members, promote a Legendary Customer Experience, and help maintain a safe work environment.

The role requires flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, and may involve operating forklifts and other equipment. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound freight.
• Maintain accurate inventory and adhere to loss prevention standards.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: greet, uncover needs, recommend solutions, and add value.
• Operate forklift and other store equipment as required.
• Complete all documentation for duties and certifications.
