Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Williamstown (MI) is seeking a TM Receiver to maintain inventory accuracy and maximize store sales by receiving and shipping freight in a timely manner. You will interact with customers and Team Members, support selling initiatives, and deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

This role requires physical stamina, forklift and baler operation, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Training and propane certification may be required; overtime is possible on busy days.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, reading, writing and counting abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Understand needs, Recommend, Add value, Appreciate.
• Process inbound and outbound freight, maintain inventory control, and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Operate cash register/computer and handle transactions per policy.
• Maintain and replenish stock in assigned areas, including poultry holding areas when applicable.
• Complete documentation and obtain required licenses or certifications as needed.
