Qualifications

• Background in inventory control, asset management, or operations support.
• Ability to analyze reporting and data to drive inventory reduction strategies.
• Excellent communication skills—verbal and written.
• Valid Driver's License; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an Inventory Management–Focused Office Manager.
• Oversee specialty processing workflows.
• Deliver measurable reductions in aged and delayed inventory.
• Execute operational responsibilities and continuous process improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure the timely and compliant movement of assets.
• Analyze inventory trends and identify barriers to progression.
• Implement targeted action plans to resolve exceptions.
• Drive accountability and support team development.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize performance and achieve key operational metrics.
• Manage multiple processes for employees.
• Respond to alarm calls as needed.
