Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Warehouse Lead to lead a team of warehouse associates and operations leads to meet daily goals. You will collaborate with HR, Safety, Customer Service and other leaders to drive results and address operational issues.

You will implement process improvements, use workload planning tools, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure quality standards across functions. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on problem solving in a high-volume distribution center.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years' experience with WMS/inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
• Proven leadership experience in warehouse operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required.
• Strong clerical and data entry skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to interact with all management levels and support teams.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and perform basic math.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates and operations leads.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, Customer Service, and other leaders to drive results.
• Address operational and personnel issues affecting the area.
• Implement process improvements and workload efficiency mechanisms.
• Use workload planning tools to meet scheduled workload and fulfill orders to standards.
• Investigate discrepancies and variances.
• Perform to quality standards across multiple functions.
• Support inventory accuracy procedures and cycle counts.
• Operate Order Management System and material handling equipment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
