Jobtailor seeks a diligent Logistics/Inventory Associate to manage inbound and outbound inventory in a data center environment. You will record receipts, maintain documentation, and perform counts while coordinating with suppliers for timely shipments.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory, including racks, trays, networking equipment, and other hardware.
• Maintain inventory records and documentation for received and shipped items.
• Perform stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to schedule inbound and outbound shipments.
• Prepare shipping documents, labels, and packaging.
• Upload, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness.
• Transport inventory using material handling equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Set up and install computer server racks according to instructions.
• Assemble server racks using diagrams and guidelines.
• Support senior technicians with cable management within server racks.
