Job summary

Jobtailor in Dallas is seeking an Inventory Management–Focused Office Manager to streamline warehouse and office processes, reduce aged inventory, and ensure timely asset movement. You will oversee specialty processing workflows and coordinate across teams to deliver measurable improvements.

The role requires at least three years in office management, strong MS Office skills, data analysis ability, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

  • Three (3) years office management or equivalent experience.
  • High School Degree (GED), some college preferred.
  • Background in inventory control, asset management, or operations support.
  • Ability to analyze reporting and data to drive inventory reduction strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills—verbal and written.
  • Valid Driver's License; ability to travel as needed.

Requirements

  • Ability to analyze reporting and data to drive inventory reduction strategies
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume workloads
  • Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and influence outcomes without direct authority
  • Ability to manage expenses with basic accounting and inventory management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Managing multiple processes for employees
