Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Houston is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the liaison between DHL and our customer, ensuring operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and strong service levels. This office-based role may require time in the warehouse to resolve discrepancies.

The position offers a standard 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, an annual salary of $50,752, and is salaried non-exempt with eligibility for overtime.

Qualifications

• Inventory management and operations experience required.
• Primary point of contact with customer for operational performance.
• Communicate actions, results, improvements, and initiatives between customer and leadership.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
• Manage monthly inventory reconciliation between DHL and customer systems.
• Follow up on inventory-related issues within warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact with customer in regards to operational performance (in conjunction with account manager).
• Communicate operational actions, results, and initiatives to/from customer and site.
• Assist Business Development Manager with account growth strategy.
• Create and ensure customer contracts are clear, correct, and executable.
• Monitor service levels and ensure performance meets requirements.
