Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in the United States to be the primary contact for order processing, product and transit information, and issue resolution. This role operates on the 1st shift, 8:00AM-4:00PM, Monday through Friday, with pay around $50,000.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in an administrative or similar role and logistics knowledge. Join DHL Supply Chain to deliver consistent service levels across customer sites and contribute to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in an administrative or similar role required.
• 2 years of Logistics industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs.
• Provide product, service, and transit information to the customer and act as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution.
• Resolve product or service problems: clarify the customer's complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problems, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Assist with order and product management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
