Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a First Shift Customer Service Representative. Shift is 7:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of $24.80 per hour.

The role involves assisting the department with clerical duties, processing orders, and providing information to customers to support issue resolution. As part of the customer service team, you will maintain records, handle account information, and assist with order and product management while contributing to a Great Place to Work

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience
• 0-12 months of warehouse experience, preferred

• Resolve product or service problems and follow up to ensure resolution.

Role Purpose

Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs. Responsible for providing product, service, and transit information to the customer and act as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution.

Key Accountabilities

• Resolve product or service problems: clarify the customer’s complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problems, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Assist with order and product management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience
