Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the main liaison between the customer and DHL operations. The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, operational excellence, and proactive customer communication, supporting reconciliation and cycle counts across the account.

The position is primarily office-based but may require time in the warehouse to investigate discrepancies and resolve issues, with overtime eligibility in line with the salary structure.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma; Bachelor's preferred.
• 1–2 years in an administrative or similar role required.
• 2 years of logistics industry experience preferred.
• Experience in inventory management, inventory reconciliation, cycle counting, and physical inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact with customer regarding operational performance.
• Communicate actions, results, and initiatives between customer and site leadership.
• Monitor service levels and ensure contract requirements are met.
• Support account growth strategy with the account manager.
