Job summary

Ace Retail Group in Oklahoma City is looking for an Inventory Coordinator to maintain store inventory integrity and support store operations. The role averages 20–30 hours per week and focuses on accurate receiving, placement, and proactive problem solving.

You will work with vendors, management and support teams to reduce discrepancies, run cycle counts, and ensure pricing and location codes stay correct while delivering excellent customer service.

• Ability to research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Retail store experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify POs are received from Ace and non-Ace vendors.
• Report inventory discrepancies and damages from orders.
• Coordinate receiving and replenishment with freight captain.
• Investigate inventory outs by scanning locations and correcting errors.
• Utilize Mango reports and daily cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Follow defective merchandise procedures to obtain credits.
• Maintain on-hand integrity by reviewing discrepancies and root causes.
• Adjust counts after proper research.
• Oversee price changes, location codes, and inventory levels.
• Prepare store for periodic full inventories.
• Participate in Inventory Coordinator training and train others.
• Collaborate with Store Support Center to ensure controls.
• Report and resolve inventory concerns with management.
• Complete other inventory functions as assigned.
