Job summary

Ace Retail Group in Lincoln, NE is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to maintain store inventory integrity and support operations with 20–30 hours per week. You'll ensure accurate receiving, cycle counts, and proper replenishment while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires independent work, strong problem-solving, and attention to detail, with preference for retail store experience and a collaborative team mindset.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure POs are properly received from Ace and non-Ace vendors.
• Report inventory discrepancies such as over/short and damages from orders received.
• Work with the freight captain to ensure proper receiving and replenishment upon arrival at the store.
• Ensure all outs are researched by scanning the location using a mobile device, determining cause, and following all processes to correct the errors.
• Utilize Mango reports and daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain on hand integrity by reviewing discrepancies and determining causes.
• Coordinates store preparation for periodic full store physical inventories.
• Partner with management to report and resolve inventory concerns.
