Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accurate receiving records, perform adjustments, and support reconciliation and reporting across store operations.

The role emphasizes maintaining partnership with the Store Operations Manager, complying with safety and process standards, and delivering Legendary Customer Service while handling direct POs, freight, and transfers.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred; retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, reading, writing, and counting abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Receive Direct POs, Mixing Center freight, Bulk Center freight, and DC receiving transfers, including new and open transfers.
• Pull OMNI orders in the morning and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation routines.
• Complete BOPIS Reconciliation Report and BODFS Reconciliation Report according to company standards.
• Stock and tag direct vendor freight, front/sidelot DC freight, and leather footwear according to process standards.
• Operate forklift and other equipment; assist customers with loading purchases.
