Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks an Inventory Control Specialist to manage receiving accuracy, inventory adjustments, reconciliation, and related compliance tasks in support of store operations.

You will process PO receipts, transfers, and buybacks while partnering with the Store Operations Manager to improve inventory control processes and ensure reliable reporting. This role requires adaptability, customer service focus, and safe operation of equipment.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 十八 years or older with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and flexible scheduling as needed.
• Handle receiving, inventory adjustment, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation and related duties.
• Operate forklift and perform safety inspections per policy.
