Job summary

The Inventory Control Specialist at Tractor Supply Company focuses on inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance to support store operations. The role handles receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliation, transfers, buybacks/RTV, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Operate forklift and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Pull OMNI orders and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation.
• Receive Direct POs and freight, stage items, and complete required reports.
• Partner with the Store Operations Manager on inventory control and compliance.
