Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support store operations through receiving accuracy, inventory adjustment, reconciliation, and compliance routines. The role collaborates with the Store Operations Manager to maintain proper inventory control and operational flow.

Responsibilities include supporting BOPIS/OMNI processes, conducting inspections, and handling Direct POs and transfers while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming knowledge strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts including nights and weekends as needed.
• GURA: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Add value for customers.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members.
• Complete forklift and propane inspections when required.
• Receive Direct POs and DC transfers; support reconciliation.
• Stock and label freight according to process standards.
• Partner with Store Operations Manager on inventory control.
