WTX Supply and Fabrication is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support monthly and quarterly counts, maintain an organized warehouse, and ensure accurate records using WMS and Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will help receive, label, and reconcile inventory with attention to detail and safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in inventory control, warehousing, receiving, or related environment preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred.
• Experience using a warehouse management system (WMS) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
• Perform monthly and quarterly inventory counts.
• Research and identify causes of inventory discrepancies.
• Use WMS and handheld devices to complete inventory transactions.
• Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 to review and maintain inventory records.
• Ensure warehouse locations and materials are labeled correctly.
• Move materials as operational needs require.
• Receive and store incoming inventory with the correct labels.
• Verify incoming materials against receiving documentation.
• Perform routine cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory activities.
• Reconcile inventory adjustments, transfers, and receipts in coordination with warehouse and operations personnel.
• Monitor inventory locations for accuracy and report missing, damaged, expired, or incorrectly stored materials.
• Prepare, maintain, and organize inventory documentation and discrepancy notes.
