Job summary

OBR Management in Pearland, TX is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support monthly and quarterly counts, maintain an organized warehouse, and keep accurate inventory records using WMS and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). You will receive, label, and reconcile inventory, and work closely with the Senior Inventory Control Coordinator.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow safety procedures, and occasional travel between warehouse locations. Forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control or warehousing preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Proficiency with computer systems and inventory software.
• Ability to travel between warehouse locations occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized and orderly warehouse.
• Perform monthly and quarterly inventory counts.
• Research and identify causes of inventory discrepancies.
• Use the WMS and handheld devices to complete inventory transactions.
• Use D365 to review and maintain inventory records.
• Label and store incoming inventory with correct labels.
• Reconcile inventory adjustments, transfers, and receipts with team.
• Prepare inventory documentation and discrepancy notes.
