Job summary

WTX Supply and Fabrication is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support monthly and quarterly counts, keep the warehouse organized, and ensure inventory records are accurate. You will work with the WMS and handheld devices, and use Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to review and maintain records.

The role requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with occasional travel between warehouse locations and potential forklift operation responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in inventory control or warehousing preferred.
• Proficiency with WMS and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
• Perform accurate item counts during monthly and quarterly cycles.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Use WMS and handheld devices to complete transactions.
• Review and maintain inventory records in D365.
• Ensure correct labeling and locations of materials.
• Receive and store incoming inventory with proper labels.
• Assist with physical inventory activities to ensure stock accuracy.
