Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to ensure accuracy and integrity of store inventory. This role includes handling cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, receipt and shipping document reviews, and adherence to SOPs.

The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with base pay starting at $15.24 per hour and higher pay based on experience. Responsibilities include auditing multiple inventory processes, communicating issues to management, and supporting

Qualifications

• One year of inventory control experience in a big-box retail environment or equivalent.
• Demonstrated point of sale analysis and reporting experience.
• Business analysis experience is a plus.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and SOPs for inventory control.
• Run daily/regular cycle counts and category reviews.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and adjust in the system.
• Review shipping and receiving documents for accuracy.
• Report discrepancies to department managers and resolve issues.
• Audit key inventory processes (BFR, SOR, SRR, RTV) per SOP.
• Ensure security of the facility and notify management of issues.
• Assist Operations Manager during physical inventory periods.
