Tractor Supply Company in Terre Haute, IN seeks an Inventory Control Specialist to manage receiving accuracy, inventory adjustments, and compliance routines supporting store operations. You will work with the Store Operations Manager to ensure accurate stock, proper transfers, and timely reporting.

The role involves forklift operation, BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation, and adherence to safety and operational standards across the distribution flow.

Qualificações

• Experience in shipping/receiving, retail or farm knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver's license.
• Read, write and count accurately; basic math.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ethical conflict resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain regular attendance and flexible work hours.
• Perform forklift operations and inventory handling per standards.
• Process receiving, transfers, buybacks/RTV and adjustments.
• Execute BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation and related reports.
• Support Store Operations Manager with inventory control and compliance.
• Complete safety routines including inspections and hazardous waste procedures.
