Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines that support store operations. The role handles receiving, adjustments, reconciliations, transfers, buybacks/RTV, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

Essential duties emphasize attendance, flexible hours, and delivering legendary customer service through GURA while maintaining safety and accurate documentation across duties like BOPIS

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as dictated by business needs.
• Deliver on our promise of Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet the Customer, Uncover Customer’s Needs & Wants, Recommend Product Solutions, Ask to Add Value & Appreciate the Customer.
• Receive Direct POs, Mixing Center freight, Bulk Center freight, and DC receiving transfers, including new and open transfers.
• Operate forklift, baler, cash register/computer, and other equipment as needed; assist customers with loading purchases.
