Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory control, receiving accuracy, and related compliance routines in support of store operations. You will handle receiving, adjustments, reconciliation, transfers, buybacks/RTV, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, BOPIS reconciliation support, and daily documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading, writing, and counting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Fulfill varying shifts including days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value.
• Operate forklift and propane inspections as required.
• Pull OMNI orders in the morning and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation.
• Receive Direct POs and DC transfers; complete receiving and adjustments.
• Stock and tag freight; create Fill to Capacity picklists for Freight Team.
• Review and act on Negative On Hand, Buybacks, and RTV processes.
• Partner with Store Operations Manager on inventory control and compliance actions.
